This page explains what data we process when you write to us using the form on this website, and what rights you have.
Who processes the data

What data and why
- Your e-mail address, the text of your message and, optionally, your name and phone number entered in the form.
- The purpose is to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote.
- The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and no longer than 12 months. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the period required by law.
Who has access
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. Only the provider of our web hosting and e-mail account has technical access, as they run these services for us.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use cookies. We measure traffic with our own anonymous counter: only totals are stored (visits, pages viewed, language, device type, where the visit came from), no IP addresses and nothing that could identify a visitor. The form’s spam protection works without them. A one-way hash of your IP address is kept briefly (at most one hour) on the server to limit the number of messages sent. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@kozakleseni.cz. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz) or the authority in your country of residence.
Effective from 27 September 2026. The Czech version prevails.
